Novak Djokovic, the world’s best tennis player, finished his performance at the first Masters in the season after losing to Philip Collschyber in the third round with 0-2 (4-6, 4-6).
The match was to be played on Monday, even started, but was interrupted in the second game due to rain. Djokovic did not do many things last night, he was acting out of power and it was one of his worst matches in the final year. Kolschrabber settled the first game thanks to a break in the seventh game, and in the second there were two breakthroughs ahead of Djokovic to return one of them.
However, this was not enough and the German tennis player secured a place in the eighth last fixture against Gael Monfils. Djokovic will have a two-week rest before the second Masters in Miami.
